Commercial law is mechanistic – it analyses features of our physical reality and uses ‘legal language’ (a set of words whose definitions have been commonly agreed upon by players of the game) to anticipate, mitigate and enforce tangible events in our lived world.
The goal of this blog is to break down legal stories in a digestible way. We will explore the underlying, real, features of deals or disputes to better understand what the roles of lawyers are, and why they are so incredibly important in the complex, risky world we live in.
Law touches us in every aspect of life. It’s better that we understand what’s happening rather than cover our ears.
